I was under the impression when I signed up for the Yogio program that it was a one time fee, however, I am being billed $38.95 every month. I have not used the program except for 1 day and in early January I sent an e-mail cancelling the subscription. I did not receive a response and assumed the subscription would be canceled. However, I continue to be charged a monthly fee for a program
I am not using. Had I realized this was a monthly charge I would have never signed up. Please cancel my subscription and provide me with a refund. With much appreciation.
