Had the worst experience at Yoko property in Milton Kynes and would not recommend to anyone. The property was too small and had a lot of broken tiles and protruding nails which I felt wasn't safe for my crawling baby. Reached out to them with pictures of the house and nothing was done. Struggled locking the door and again nothing was done. They took £45 from my account without explaining what it was for and when I asked, they said I broke one part of the fridge which was a complete lie. I requested them to send photos of the broken part as I had taken pictures and video of apartment as evidence before I left. They returned the money without sending pictures and never apologised. I also forgot my laptop and at collection they told me someone had picked it which wasn't true and when I asked for details that's when the story changed and they gave back my laptop. In a nutshell they're the worst and very frustrating dealing with them, not professional at all.
