I opted for the Gold package to take advantage of the free website design. When I received the website, I found an online store included, but I was never informed that I would be charged for it. The store appeared on a sample website that was never live, and I was incorrectly told that I had ordered it. When I requested a refund, I was informed that it wasn't possible because I supposedly ordered the online store. It's frustrating to be billed for something that was merely a sample. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the decision to charge me for this online store, and the quality of the website created was poor and unusable.
