Bought credit but can't call any Irish numbers, keeps saying they can't route. Completely pointless. Tech support could only say "Thats just how it works"--- They have since refunded my purchase and tried to resolve the issue. Its not clear that this isn't something they can support but they've worked hard to resolve it as best they can. So support has been helpful, Im guessing the app works well for international calls, I don't have a need right now to test that.
