I had a very disappointing experience with YollaCalling's customer service, especially with a representative named Markus. I asked for my recent call log history, but they refused to provide it. Before denying my request, Markus asked me to send a screenshot of my account, which I did. I also showed that the call logs on the website only go up to two years ago—nothing current. Even after providing clear proof, Markus was unhelpful and still refused to assist. I don’t understand why I was asked to verify the issue if they weren’t going to solve it. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
