Yolla were simple to download but could improve in certain areas: 1) still more expensive than my initial provider (Yolla local landline calls are 9p per minute); 2) dashboard is unclear (e.g. it took me a while to work out how to send a text, find the recipient address, find the loudspeaker, etc.); and 3) the interface is unclear (having sent a text, it's not clear whether the reply will come via the Yolla app or via 'Messages)
