What could be improved? 1) Sometimes the quality of the calls is somewhat poor (audio fades in an our or there is some background noise) and2) More clarity on how much calls cost to each country. Before I signed up I contacted your support for clarification on this issue and was told that all countries would be charged at the same price asthe U.S. However, several calls to the UK were charged at .22 per minute. I find y our site quite confusing on this issue.
