It pains me to write this review, as I have been a loyal client of Yomoni for almost 4 years having two life insurance policies with them that I pay for monthly.In December of last year, I tried to open a PER and initially had good information and experience with the adviser. However when the account was sent for processing, the back end team replied requesting documents that do not and could not exist. The backend agent was completely unhelpful - even as I pointed out in detail the fact that what was being requested did not exist. I am not a French citizen but am an EU citizen - so I accept the application was slightly non standard - but I am resident and pay all of my taxes in France and had submitted my tax return, my passport etc, which certainly was enough information for due diligence. The agent simply refused to even query that with due diligence provider and maintained that I had to somehow invent these documents and identity cards that did not exist.All he would do is send meaningless and irrelevant links to French government websites - all the while responding with - effectively - Non Non Non.The net effect of it all is that they did not setup my account on time to claim my tax credits - a huge financial loss to me, and in fact the account is still not setup - they do not care. No follow up, no attempt to bridge the gap, despite me sending many emails.Very, very disappointing experience from a loyal client of 4 years who has also referred new business into Yomoni.
