I am writing this to warn others about the total lack of accountability regarding refunds. On 9th February, I was promised a refund of £64.33 within 7 days by an agent named Ali. I provided my new bank details immediately.
It has now been nearly 40 days, and I still have not received my money. I raised a formal complaint (Ticket #14585298) which was picked up by Dreya on 23rd February. Despite acknowledging that the delay was causing me anxiety and stress, they set a response deadline for nearly a month later (19th March).
It is unacceptable that a straightforward bank transfer is being treated with such a lack of urgency. The "8-week" window for complaints is being used as an excuse to hold onto my money. If this is not resolved by tomorrow, I will be escalating this to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Avoid this company if you value your time and mental health.
