I ordered a size US 10.5 cowboy boot. First, the order came from China and it took more than 2 weeks. I could barely get my foot inside the boot with the thinnest of socks. I emailed the company and their response was to give me a 20% credit or ship me a larger size for $20 and keep both pair. The shoes appear low quality.
