Extremely disappointing experience with this purchase. I ordered multiple blinds, and although the pricing was competitive, the free fitting service was a deciding factor. The first fitting appointment was missed, and subsequent appointments were also ignored. I waited each time, but they never showed up and were unreachable by phone. After multiple missed appointments, someone finally arrived hours late, but the installer lacked necessary tools and used mismatched brackets. Two blinds were incorrectly made, and the installation was a mess. Getting replacements took many promises and missed appointments until I threatened legal action. I ended up fitting most of the brackets myself. It's hard to believe this company is still in business.
