Highly disappointing service. We had a terrible experience with the installer, who caused damage during the fitting. The gaps left between the blinds were excessive, defeating their purpose. The trim looked cheap and misaligned. Although they promised to return to fix these issues, three months have passed with no follow-up despite multiple calls. This level of service is unacceptable for the price paid.
