We had a minor issue where one roof tile had cracked and slipped down into the gutter on our front bay window. A lovely chap rang back that afternoon and we arranged an appointment the next morning. He came on time, assessed the situation quickly, did the job in gluing and securing the tile, and we were charged a very reasonable amount. He was very pleasant, polite and professional. The work was done quickly and effectively. This was really a case of "no job too small"!
