Extremely poor experience. I ordered two items in early December for Christmas gifts. I was notified right away about the processing, but the delivery service denied having them. I contacted the support team, who promised to resolve the issue. Now it's December 31st, and there's still no delivery. After reading other reviews, I'm worried about receiving the items. I have to buy other gifts now, not from this service, I should add. Never again!
