I placed an order for a small item on November 1, 2025, requesting it to be shipped from the EU via Belgium, as I reside in Germany. However, the service switched the shipment to Japan due to a lack of stock, despite their website indicating availability from that location. Now, my order has been stuck at customs in Frankfurt since November 25, 2025, due to the service's inability to manage the customs process. I've reached out to the company several times but received no clear assistance regarding my order. Their customer support is outsourced to another organization. I asked for a refund, but instead, they suggested I contact customs and the mail carrier myself. I cannot recommend this service.
