We’ve been customer with Yo Telecom for last 5-6 years. We find their service efficient and swift response to queries. I have awarded 5 stars solely based on my last query and how it’s been dealt with by the specific team member. There was an oversight from the accounts team few years ago, for which I contacted Yo Telecom in May 2025. My query was dealt by Sagar from the termination team. Sagar has dealt with this query from start and ensured it was concluded in the most satisfactory manner. Sagar is definitely a valuable asset to Yo Telecom.
