I’m always sceptical about sites that show a blaze of 5 Star Reviews so I write this as a suggestion/warning based on my experience. I have given 3 Stars because I can’t actually tell you if it’s good or bad as I stopped my Father-in-Law using it. Unfortunately by that time, he’d already paid £325 and there’s no way to get it back. It’s in the T&C’s. There’s no allowance for vulnerable customers it seems. So my suggestion is, it might well be cheaper than a solicitor but it’s very easy to do this yourself. You still will need to pay the GOV fees on top of their fees. They ask you exactly the same questions as the GOV pages. It may even take them longer.Check out Martin Lewis’s site for further advice.Start direct with the GOV site, get help if you’re not sure but only use a company like this at the last resort is my suggestion. Just because it’s verified by trustpilot, this type of business is not regulated so you have nobody to complain to other then the company themselves.
