Some of the uploading of documents was tricky but we were able to do it and information was there to help with this process.It took us some time to complete as we found it best to do a bit at a time.We expected the form generated once we had completed all of the steps to contain a breakdown of how the estate value had been calculated, but there was only a summary.We were unable to make contact on the support phone number given to check if this was correct and so decided to post the form anyway.Two weeks after sending in the form we received the letter of probate.Would definitely use this service again.
