A very well explained process that was easy to follow. There were clear explanations of each section and a checklist to make sure all parts were covered bed moving on. The fact that it generated figures for IHT and letters to be sent to various organisations was helpful. I had to make one enquiry of the helpline and this was really with quickly and easily. The only drawback I can see is that it creates a paper application to submit to the Probate Registry which can take longer (according to HMCTS) to process than an online application.
