I was looking to purchase over £100 of Italian made orange and lemon jellies.... Prior to purchase, I asked if this product contains gelatine as it would be animal derived.... The company could not answer the question, so I went by the ingredients list shown on their website, which DID NOT include gelatine, and went ahead with the purchase.... Unfortunately, upon checking the packaging when they arrived, the DID contain gelatine, so had to give them away.... I think youdreamitaly could have contacted the manufacturer and asked the question on my behalf, plus, they SHOULD NOT be showing incorrect ingredient information on their website as it is misleading and I'm now over £100 out of pocket... I think the company should offer at least a partial refund if not a full one....So all-in all, not overly impressed....I see youdreamitaly do not respond to reviews posted on here which speaks volumes in my opinion...UPDATE 30/11/24I have not been offered a single penny back, not even a partial refund and not likely to ever be.....I would seriously think twice before purchasing from a retailer without morals, especially as their website incorrectly listed the ingredients!!!
