I too was so very disappointed with the communication. I spoke with Scott and he was very aggressive in his speaking. He seemed agitated with my questions and his explanation had absolutely very little detail. This law firm does not give you peace of mind at all. They made me question everything while in pain wearing a brace, yet they made it seem like I was a bother. Scott S. started screaming at me when I had questions. The help with best settlement, pain and suffering, loss wages recovery is not true at all. I had an extremely bad accident and they did very little to fight for me, even though they say different. I did not receive all of my loss wages. I got thousands less than I should have but even after that, Scott and the paralegal Terri said they took 29% but I walked away with far less than what was originally quoted to me after medical was said to be discounted. If you have another lawyer in mind, do not go with Saiontz and Kirk, I have told many the same thing, go with a smaller, more personal type lawyer who will fight for you is my advice.
