Hired S&K on January 9, 2025 regarding a car accident injury. Very little contact or follow-up unless I iniated contact through an app. During the year I spoken directly to Mr. Saionitz via phone three times. In December 2025 Mr. Saionitz spoke with me to inform me how much my settlement would be. Nothing was provided for my review, which I have requested three times, including on the day of this review.
Last month, only after I inquired why the settlement was delayed I was informed that settlement of my claim is predicated on the other two persons (one a passenger) signing the settlement. I was taken aback because although they were also injured in the accident, our claims are different AND we are not represented by the same lawyers.
I have requested attorney fees and medical documentation to review.
I regret not reading the reviews prior to hiring Siaonitz and Kirk, and feel stuck to stick it out and wait for the resolution.
