After waiting 2months for my young artist book that my child was entered into
I still have not received anything. There was no order number on my conformation email, no tracking number, and no information was emailed after they have "shipped" the book. I called their customer service number to get information after I have been emailing with them. And calling them is a USA number but they answer in England where the books are published and shipped out from. They do not get shipped to the address you enter the get shipped to an address in Peabody, Massachusetts. Apparently Peabody Massachusetts is supposed to ship them from their to your home address. While speaking with customer service they are rude, have no actual information to give as to what happens after the books are shipped from England and aren't very helpful. I will definitely be telling our school district what a scam, fraud ect.. this company is.
