I am very disappointed with my experience with YoungCapital. They did not help me at all in my job search. They would plan phone calls with me but then never call. When I try to call them, no answer. I would only receive an email days later saying that the job was already taken. No apology provided for keeping me waiting or not calling me back. I would sometimes even receive emails saying that they had tried to contact me, when that was not the case at all.In addition, despite my Dutch being at level B2-C1, I was told by a recruiter that my language level would not be good enough for the positions I wanted to apply for. This was not only discouraging, but also felt like an unfair assessment.All in all, YoungCapital did not help me and I would not recommend their services to others. They made me feel like I was just wasting their time if they ever actually called me or if they answered my calls. In the end they just kept wasting my time and discouraging me.
