As a YouPic 'pro' user I have suffered four long years of endless headaches and non-existent customer support. Having put so much into the building and ongoing development of my website, alongside using the URL in my advertising and SM, I was stuck with them. But the final straw was the double charging of the £357 annual hosting subscription. 16 months later they still have not given my money back and I cannot get a genuine (ie. non AI generated) response from them! I have finally bitten the bullet and gone elsewhere. But I will not let the matter drop. I will continue to issue warnings such as this and am seeking legal recourse. It's taken me five weeks to build and populate my new site. I opted for Wix, and I have to say it's been a far easier, much better and far more cost effective experience. Plus the new site looks miles better!So please don't make the mistake I did. Avoid YouPic like the plague.
