I really wish I had read more reviews before dealing with this branch. Our experience has been very stressful and disappointing. We applied for a property that was advertised as available from a specific date. After paying the holding deposit and getting approved, the moving date was suddenly pushed back and then delayed again at the last minute. Just days before our move, we were informed that necessary paperwork for the landlord was still not ready. We had planned our entire move based on their assurances, which caused significant stress for our family, including a baby. We had to urgently find alternative accommodation at extra cost. Communication was inconsistent, and we were not given the complete picture until the end. We have now had to withdraw our application. This has been one of the most stressful renting experiences we've had, and I advise others to ensure all documentation is confirmed before making a commitment.
