I thought i found a best car for wife from these guys NOT.Long story short.I’ve been in contact with Jack few days before we decided to head down 140miles to see BMW 1 series (Blue).He was very friendly and helpful over the phone.On the day of appointment we arrived late due to accident on the road so we got there at 5pm. (Closing time 6pm).The car was in excellent condition as we could see at night but im not about that.Red flag 1 : The engine was not cold at the time of inspection it was already at normal operating temperature. Been told that brake discs were rusty so he wanted to get them clear.Red flag 2 : I was not allowed to carry out a diagnostic check of the vehicleRed flag 3 : NO TEST DRIVE !!! (I have not been informed) The seller refused to allow me to conduct a test drive. I was only allowed to sit in the passenger seat while the seller drove the vehicle.What a shame !I have never experienced a situation like this before, where after travelling a long distance I was not allowed to properly inspect the vehicle.The entire day was wasted.I do not recommend this car dealer to anyone, unless you are willing to buy a car based on photos.
