I paid for this service and it was never provided. Despite multiple emails sent over an extended period of time, I received no response and was never given the required login information. A significant amount of my time was wasted attempting to resolve this issue, with zero effort made on their end to fulfill the paid service.
This constitutes a clear failure to provide services as advertised. As a result, the charges on my credit card will need to be formally disputed. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and avoid this company altogether.
