I’ve never considered myself a baker, and the idea of making sourdough always seemed like too much work—even with the extra time during lockdown. However, I truly enjoyed this experience. The delivery was prompt, the instructions and video tutorials were straightforward and simple to follow, and the end product was delicious. There was something immensely gratifying about savoring freshly baked bread over the weekend!
