I ordered a test kit in Dec 2024 and completely forgot about it and never used it. I paid a lot of money for this test (£129) and understand the price I paid included the processing in the lab and admin side of pulling test results together etc. I emailed to see if I could return the unused test kit (mostly to prove that I hadn't used it) for a partial refund as I understand it's been a long time since I received the test kit and don't expect a full refund as the test kit I received can likely no longer be used. I received a generic response over email and replied 3 times, each time receiving the exact same generic response. I think this is poor customer service. I understand I must pay for the test kit but I didn't use the service to process the kit or have any results so I would expect a partial refund for this and the communication with their customer service team is not very good.
