I loved that I was prompted to contact the nurse beforehand, which made it easy to share some context about my health in advance. The consultation itself was warm, supportive, and informative.The booking process could be improved since you can’t manually rebook with another provider after canceling, but the nurse handled the switch smoothly via email, so it wasn’t a hassle.Overall, highly recommend!
