If you’re looking to get timely results, I recommend using a different company. My first test was declined, without reason (I’m thinking it’s because the shipping took too long). I was told that I could request a new test sent out for free, but when I clicked the link to do so they were going to charge me $5. Luckily, after contacting customer service they waived the fee. The second test took over ten days to arrive at the lab with the USPS label provided. After treatment, I sent a third test in, this time Daye provided me with a FedEx Ground label to rush the sample. Well, the FedEx label wasn’t any better, as it took six days to get to the lab. My sample has now been in the lab for nine days with no results. I am not sure I trust the accuracy of the results for how long the same sits before it is tested, and I’m not impressed with the length of time it takes to complete the process from start to finish.
