I ordered the Microbiome Screening kit and Daye stated they received my kit and is now being reviewed in the lab since July 17th. It's August 4th, not only did not hear back from them but when I tried to contact customer service to update me on what is going on with my kit, I haven't heard back either. I'm giving Daye another 3 business days to come up with a response or else I'm reporting the transaction as fraudulent activity. You've failed at every aspect to be even somewhat timely. If it was going to take this long to hear back for anything, you shouldn't advertise that customers should receive results within 10 business days and hear from customer service within 24 hours. The screening is way too much money for this company to be so inconsistent! I regret at not looking at the reviews from people who ordered the Microbiome Screening, it seems like this has been a problem for months with Daye. Stay away from this company, they have NO sense of customer service and they will run off with your money too. I'm incredibly heartbroken that I spent weeks saving up my money to purchase something fake.
