I ordered a self test kit from Daye due to the constant advertising on Instagram and their excellent reviews. I did this after receiving a positive HPV result from my NHS Pap smear. I wanted some peace of mind. I can’t fault the packaging, and ease of delivery/return posting. However my results came back with incorrect information. I was told my biome was in a dire condition and I had very little healthy bacteria. I was told I needed a follow up with one of their nurses (more money). They also recommended a subscription to their ‘prebiotic’ products.Instead I paid privately for a gynecologist to do some thorough tests. She told me that the technology for the self test kits is just not there yet. After being tested by her, I had the all clear - in fact my gynecologist congratulated me on having an extremely healthy biome. The exact opposite of what the Daye test told me. I consequently would not recommend this service.
