I think this is the 3rd of 4th email they sent asking me to review the toy. My bad, I was enjoying the toy. Top notch company. They sent me pictures of the product after it was done, asked if it was to my liking and if there was anything that seemed odd. Once verified I got it within the 2 weeks they said. Dope. They also sent me a cleaning kit for the toy after emailing me telling me how they didn't have any and couldn't send it with the toy but made sure to note it so I got it and I got it for sure. This is about a year ago btw when I bought this toy hahah I keep her wrapped up and use her when I want or when ever the random gf is acting up. Thanks again. Satisfied customer through and through. Send me a free toy maybe? Hahaha jk jk UNLESS?

Great customer service

While there was a glitch with my order, (the body of the doll I ordered from the warehouse was not actually in stock) your customer service dept. was able to provide an acceptable alternative that was in a way better then what I had originally ordered.

Would've been better if they used a lighter material for the head. It is not stable. Other than that the quality of craftmanship leaves much to be desired for the price paid.

Just don't

Required specs were wrong. Item tore immediately. Skin was blotchy. Eyelashes fell off. At that price much better quality is expected. Never again.

Simple awesome!

I have been a YourDoll customer since 2021 and have made multiple expensive purchases. The entire buying experience and customer service have always been excellent. Dora is always super helpful and answers any questions I have. I only had an issue with a shipment once (it was FedEx’s fault), and they resolved it right away, very professionally.
