I applied for a single status certificate and paid 3000 rupees in advance. The service assigned my case to an advocate, who claimed to have submitted it on December 14th. However, after a week, I sought an update and was told it was submitted to the embassy. Now, on January 5th, 2026, I am informed that the embassy was closed from December 14th until January 5th, and work has just resumed.
