Avoid this product. Their new product Effipro by Virbac does not work and upon reaching out to them I found out they DO NOT stand behind their products and are refusing a refund. My pets, who were previously flea free, are covered in fleas in just a week. I applied Effipro on March 25. Today is April 1st. I've cancelled my subscription, they are refusing to refund for a product that doesn't work. They should have stuck with Activyl and it's a shame they don't stand behind their product. Also, don't expect to find a phone number, they refuse to allow you to call them so they can continue to bully you over chat and email. This company is a joke and a thief. Run.
