The support staff are very friendly at Fuzzy but I have not received (as of Nov, 22nd 2019) the free flea prevention that I was promised on signup, it shipped on November 10th (it doesn't take that long to ship from the West coast to Texas even with UPS mail innovations).They also make it very difficult to cancel your plan with them if you actually signup, you have to keep the initial email they send you which contains a cancellation link should you decide to cancel. It's pretty ridiculous that they have a nice app and a website and you cannot cancel your service with them through either one of those. I had to contact them twice to cancel my plan.Account security with Fuzzy may be a concern as well, when I initially messaged Fuzzy support through their app they sent me a link to someone else's account in order to cancel my subscription. This immediately set off several red flags for me as this is clearly a security concern there needs to be some form of authentication in order for people to access any account details but they do not do this at all.In short, it looks like Fuzzy could be a great service for some people but it wasn't great for me at all plus they do not offer refunds.Update: Fuzzy said they have attempted to reach out to me via email but this is a lie. I've checked my spam folder there's absolutely nothing. Luckily my bank initiated a charge back so I will be getting my money back. Please do not waste your time with this company. They'll lie to you about things that shouldn't even be lied about.
