Overall, it was a mixed experience. The welcome at the airport was excellent, and the driver was great. However, the hotel, despite being labeled as 5-star, did not meet expectations. The all-inclusive offerings were limited and did not match standard definitions, with poor quality local drinks. There were several inconveniences, such as limited coffee options, busy breakfast service, and restrictions on dining options. While the rooms were clean and staff friendly, the overall experience fell short compared to other establishments. Clearer communication about the offerings would have been beneficial.
