I have yet to see the book in person but my dad said he absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful and meaningful concept! The reason I cannot give 5 stars is because I had such a difficult time with the mechanics of the website. Every step I took, I ran into a technical problem, as did many of my family members trying to submit their responses. Nothing was easy about it which was very frustrating. On the flip side, they provide prompt technical assistance! Brittney was responsive and very empathetic which I greatly appreciated! Honestly, Kithandkin is ultimately a great idea and great product. They just need to get rid of all the kinks.
