I’ve been waiting for 4 months for an item that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It still hasn't arrived, and I’ve been fighting for a refund for weeks. After all this time, they offered me a 30% refund – it’s a joke! This is unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.
