Today is February 12, 2025, and I still haven’t received my order. Their customer support is a black hole—no responses, no help, and no refund. I’m extremely disappointed, as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Stay away from this company and don’t support businesses that treat customers this way!
