I was in an unfortunate position at work where I required the help and support from a union. It was difficult to find one that would represent me with the case as it had already started and needed help as it was going to a hearing. I’ve never been in this position before and found the whole situation rather daunting. Once we had all the evidence and statements he picked up very quickly that there was a lot of information missing. He contacted my employer and handled everything from that point. He has such a calm manner, perfect for these situations.He made some very valid points in my hearing and I am now thankfully back at work 9 weeks after my suspension started.
