I've had the same issues as everyone else. I wish I had taken the time to read these reviews before I placed my order with this horrible company. I ordered custom cat PJs for my 6-year-old daughter on Dec 16 and paid extra for expedited shipping so they would be here before Christmas. I even added a comment to my order that if it could not be delivered before Christmas, I wanted to cancel the order as there was no need for it. As of today, 12/29, the order has not arrived, and my daughter is so disappointed since this was the one thing she wanted from Santa. The company tried to offer me a $10 appeasement after I reached out to them and threatened to take additional action. Considering I paid an extra $21 in "expedited shipping" charges, it was a slap in the face. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. I will also be going out of my way to take whatever action I can to expose their fraudulent practices and ensure no other consumers are put into the same position.
