I placed an order on February 4, 2026. The website stated delivery would take 4–7 business days.
After that timeframe passed, I contacted the company for an update and received no response. I was provided with a FedEx tracking number, but when I contacted FedEx directly, they confirmed the package was never picked up by the shipper. The tracking only shows that a label was created.
I made multiple attempts to reach the company by email without any reply. The phone number listed on their website routes to voicemail with no live support.
As of today, the order has not been shipped, no communication has been provided, and no refund has been issued.
I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card company due to non-delivery and lack of merchant response.
