Ordered a customised diary. TAT was around 8 days. Didn't get the product. When I checked, they said it has gone for reprinting as it didn't pass quality check. I asked for a refund. They didn't respond. I kept checking. But, they don't respond to calls. For a message on WhatsApp, it takes 24 hours for them to respond (the way they want). They email the same customised message every time you ask anything. After one month, they delivered the gift I ordered with a photo (print out) pasted on the diary with a local glue. The diary was substandard too. Anyone with basic intelligence can do a better job than them. Extremely disappointed.
