There’s no way any rating higher than 3 stars should exist for this company. Any reviews higher than 3 stars are either fake, full of crap, or written by AI like the most recent above 3 star review from the date of this review. I wouldn’t be surprised this company make fake reviews for themselves because that’s how they conduct business. They closed my accounts for no reason. Oh well I’m glad they did. But the main reason i would never recommend using this platform is the their neglect with other peoples money. I do work on ImLive.com who uses YourSafe as a third party payment provider. They Told Me they processed my payout on February 16th but wouldn’t go through until the 18th due to holiday. Understandable. I was told 2 weeks. Seems very long for an ACH but fine I’ll wait. Its now MARCH 9th. I still have no money. The email address never receives a response. I called the phone number and they can only give me general information about the company and have no access to transactions or accounts. They said they escalate my query but nothing has been handled. No one ever contacted me back. And i still have not received my ACH direct deposit for over 3 weeks now. I contacted ImLive about it who had the audacity to tell me to contact yoursafe. I was not the one who involved them but get this, I ALREADY TRIED. And it didn’t work. What could they possibly being doing with my money? There’s absolutely no excuse for this to take so long. Even ImLive should really reconsider using another payment processor because i will not be using ImLive if they continue to use Yoursafe any more. I do not want to be associated with any company that is associated with YourSafe because they are either just as crooked or shady or they are being taken advsntage off and ultimately both fall right down on the expense is the end user like myself and others like you.Yoursafe is sketchy, unprofessional, non responsive, slow, thriving and more than likely illegal. YourSafe, should be called YourBeat or YourShit. 0 STARS.
