In the beginning when I first started, my face broke out so so bad, I contented support, and I had a detailed response back SAME DAY. They were incredibly helpful. Assured me that it was the purging phase, and it would go away after a few weeks. They were 100% on point. Any other time I needed to contact them the response was within the day or the next day. Incredible.
