When I had questions about how the products were working on me, I got a new thorough skin evaluation and a modification to my regimen complete with an additional product shipped to me for FREE. When I had a question about an exfoliator, I received a FREE face mask to serve as an additional exfoliator to my current one (as well as a free microfiber headband to protect my hair). I’ve had to ask several times to delay my shipment simply because their products have lasted significantly longer than expected. I always get compliments on my skin. Their products work so well! I highly recommend them!
