It was such a process receiving my order. I was emailed that it was delivered but I didn't receive it. It was such a hassle for them to resend to me. I had to sign and affidavit. For skincare? Really? Then I've been using the product for 3 weeks or more and I have horrible dry skin and a rash on my face. Of course they don't have a return policy. I never heard of such a thing in my life. Worst experience ever. I only gave it one star because I had to put something. Never again.
